Job summary

TUI in West Bromwich is hiring a Travel Advisor in our Retail Team to help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products. You’ll be supported to become a destination expert so you can create unforgettable experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays and evenings at Busier stores, with training on our systems and a commission scheme that rewards you for exceeding targets.

• If things don’t go to plan, you’ll need to be confident to actively investigate and resolve any question or complaint.
• As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers.
