TUI Group in Bracknell is looking for a Travel Advisor to help customers select and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and add-ons in our busy store.

You’ll deliver excellent customer service, hit sales targets and thrive in a friendly, support-focused environment with ongoing training, a commission scheme and benefits including health and pension. This role requires weekend and bank holiday shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Use your passion to inspire our customers and colleagues whilst enjoying a great amount of fun.

• Engage with customers face to face and virtually and embrace change.
• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints when things don’t go to plan.
• Receive training on systems to enhance knowledge and help bring holidays to life for customers.
