Job summary

TUI Group in Heswall is seeking a Travel Advisor to join our Retail Team. You’ll learn to become a destination expert and to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and additional products, putting customers at the heart of our business.

You’ll work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, with training on systems to help you deliver memorable holidays and great customer service, backed by a supportive team at TUI Group.

Qualifications

• Exceed sales targets in a retail environment, recognised as smashing targets.
• Engage with customers face to face and virtually, embracing change and new ways of working.
• Investigate and resolve customer questions or complaints when necessary.
• Receive system training to better assist customers and bring holidays to life.
