Job summary

TUI in Rotherham is recruiting an Apprentice Travel Advisor to begin a two-year Apprenticeship, working toward a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification. You’ll learn to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products while putting customers first in a friendly retail environment.

You’ll work varied shifts including weekends and evenings, with comprehensive training and a clear pathway to career progression within the TUI Retail team.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship leading to Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training and online modules.
• Customer-centric approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues to choose holidays and related products.
• Aim to exceed sales targets in a customer-facing role, voice or virtual.
• Handle questions and complaints with support from colleagues when needed.
• Receive training on systems to confidently help customers and sell holidays.
• Complete practical and written assignments via online learning with coaching.
