Job summary

TUI in Bradford is seeking an Apprentice Travel Advisor to join our Retail Team and gain hands-on experience in selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products while working towards the Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship.

You will work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, and benefit from a structured development programme, targeted commission, holiday perks, and pension support as you become a destination expert.

Qualifications

• Grade 9-4 GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Willing to commit to Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship.
• Good communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues while promoting holidays, cruises and UK breaks.
• Aim to exceed sales targets within a busy retail environment.
• Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually, handling questions and concerns.
• Complete practical and written apprenticeship assignments with support from learning coach.
