Job summary

TUI Dundee is seeking an Apprentice Travel Advisor to join our Retail Team. You will begin a two-year Apprenticeship, developing destination knowledge and the ability to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and evenings, with support to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification and progression within TUI.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grades 9-4) or equivalent.
• Customer service experience or interest in tourism.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell holidays and add-on products with enthusiasm.
• Provide excellent customer service face-to-face and online.
• Complete practical and written assignments via online learning.
• Work varied shifts including weekends/evenings at Dundee store.
