Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Ward Clerk for the Trauma Orthopaedic ward. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, covering long days, weekends and bank holidays, within a busy ward environment.

We value enthusiastic, flexible, empathetic and self-motivated individuals with strong communication and administrative skills. Experience is an advantage but not essential, with opportunities for development and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Good general education with GCSE English grade C or above.
• NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Care or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of processes to ensure clients' needs are met.
• Work as part of a team to run an efficient service and provide support to colleagues.
• Liaise with employees at all levels and handle contacts confidently with professionalism.
