Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is seeking a high-impact MedTech Sales professional to lead clinical sales with surgeons in specified UK regions. You will manage key accounts, develop strategic plans, and promote our advanced orthopaedic and neurology portfolio to drive growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration across regional teams, ambassador leadership to customers, and ongoing development of professional education and KOL relationships to support product adoption and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven successful track record in selling, ideally within the Medical Devices sector/ Orthopaedics.
• Networking – proactive in business situations; expands network continually; comfortable in meeting new people and stimulating conversation.
• Collaborating and teaming – team player, actively engages and collaborates across functional boundaries.
• Influencing and business partnering skills – understands stakeholder’s requirements, ability to analyse requirements and develop strategies that drives the adoption of technologies and become a trusted business advisor providing solutions.
• Ability to build trust with customers by asking probing questions that helps the customer achieve their objectives, acting in a consultative manner.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
• Interact and promote products to key customers and stakeholders in secondary care within allocated geographical region.
• Lead in managing the Specialty customer and develop accounts to maximise growth.
• Prepare and deploy strategic account business plans aligned to customer objectives.
• Build strong networks of relationships to deliver mutually beneficial opportunities.
