Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, via DePuy Synthes Trauma, is seeking a Trauma & Extremities Sales Specialist to cover the London North & East England region, including Mid & South Essex & East Hertfordshire. The role emphasizes building networks, promoting products to secondary care, and driving growth through strategic account plans.

The ideal candidate will have a background in medical devices, experience in orthopaedics/trauma, and strong sales capabilities. Travel is substantial (approximately 80%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; English proficiency required.
• Sales experience in medical devices preferred.
• Knowledge of orthopaedic/trauma medical devices environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales targets within the Trauma & Extremities portfolio.
• Interact with key customers and stakeholders in secondary care within the designated region.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to drive growth and account development.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure alignment with contract frameworks and value propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage professional education and support materials.
