Job summary

Caring for Communities and People (CCP) is seeking a Support Worker to join Accommodation Based Services in Hereford. The role focuses on safeguarding and empowering vulnerable young people 16+ under Local Authority Care, with flexible two-week shift patterns and a fixed-term contract until 1 August 2027.

Qualifications

Experience supporting vulnerable people and those with complex needs.
Ability to provide strengths-based, trauma-informed support to empower young people.
Safeguard young people from potential danger, harm or abuse.
Accurately document notes and ensure seamless communication for handovers.
