We are looking for a Support Worker who shares our purpose, to join our Accommondation Based Services where we house and support young people 16+ under Local Authority Care across Hereford.
We are looking for someone to work an average of 39.375 hours per week across a two week alternating shift pattern. This would involve: Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Saturday and Sunday working 8am to 8.15pm. Week 2 - Wed, Thurs and Fri working 8am to 8.15pm. This is on a fixed term contract which will last the 1st of August 2027
We provide bespoke support packages to suit a broad range of young people ranging from 24/7 to a few hours per week. Our focus is to provide the highest quality of support in line with Ofsted Standards. We aim to enhance individuals' independence skills, empowering them to advance their aspirations with greater confidence and capability.

^Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.
^^Contracted staff only. Business mileage (55p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from your home to the allocated workplace location and back. You'll need a well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT and Insurance covering business use.
