Caring for Communities and People (CCP) is recruiting a full-time Support Worker in Hereford to help young people aged 16+ in local authority care. You will be a role model, provide trauma-informed support, and assist with housing and independent living skills in a welcoming, values-driven charity.

Join a team delivering consistent, high-standard support with weekly pay, paid induction, and ongoing training as part of CCP’s mission to reduce homelessness and social exclusion.
