Job summary

Caring for Communities and People (CCP) is seeking Bank Support Workers in Hereford to support young people aged 16+ in local authority care. We have an exciting opportunity for Bank Support Workers to join our Accommodation Based Services team providing housing and support to young people aged 16+ under local authority care in Hereford.

• You will be a role model to the young people, continually pushing for the highest standards.
• Your support will be trauma-informed. You will understand people's backgrounds and champion diversity and inclusion.
• There is so much variety. You could be helping someone move and settle into their new home, safety planning to reduce harm, helping someone secure their desired job or secure the place on the training course they have aspired to, and support with independent living skills.
