Job summary

Single Homeless Project is seeking a Team Manager to join our Young People’s Services in London. This full-time, permanent role covers two locations: Cecil House in Camden and North Birbeck in Waltham Forest, with a salary starting at £36,947.49 and rising to £39,511.61 per year.

You will lead frontline staff, oversee safeguarding, risk and support planning, and work to ensure trauma-informed, person-centred practice.

Qualifications

• Lead from alongside a team, giving people clarity, confidence and challenge.
• Support staff to stay curious, think clearly and make safeguarding decisions.
• Embed trauma-informed and psychologically informed practice in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management and practice leadership across the service.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk, support planning and quality of practice.
• Deputise for the Services Manager when required and support staff development.
• Ensure Ofsted readiness, quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
• Work with Children’s Services, Leaving Care and partners to achieve best outcomes.
