Clinks is seeking a dedicated practitioner to support children and young people affected by child sexual exploitation (CSE) across Norfolk. You will deliver targeted interventions, provide 1:1 and group therapeutic work, and help young people recognise healthy relationships with empathy and resilience.

You'll join a safeguarding‑focused team, manage a caseload across the Rose Project and Jigsaw Programmes, and contribute to preventive education while benefiting from hybrid working and

Aufgaben

• Delivery of targeted intervention and prevention programmes
• Supporting young people to recognise and maintain healthy relationships through 1:1 and group therapeutic work ensuring they feel heard, understood and supported.
• Having a willingness to learn, good communication, active listening, resilience and empathy.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and acting as a point of contact when required.
• Managing a caseload of young people across two projects (Rose Project and Jigsaw Programmes) for regular 1:1 support.
• Lead in promoting, designing and delivering educational programmes as part of the prevention programme.
