Job summary

P+S Care and Support Services in Norfolk is seeking a compassionate CSE Practitioner to support children and young people across the county. You will manage a caseload, build trusting relationships using a trauma-informed approach, and deliver workshops on online safety, consent and exploitation.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and occasional early mornings or evenings.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and safeguarding understanding.
• Strong organisational abilities and ability to build trusting relationships with vulnerable young people.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and provide regular one-to-one support.
• Build trusting relationships using a trauma-informed, non-judgemental approach.
• Support young people to understand exploitation, abuse, consent and healthy relationships.
• Design and deliver workshops on online safety, consent and exploitation.
• Maintain accurate case records, assessments and support plans.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and work with partner agencies.
• Attend meetings and contribute to service development.
