The Magdalene Group is a respected organisation focusing on trauma-informed services for women and girls. We are seeking a CSE Practitioner to support children and young people across Norfolk affected by CSE, delivering targeted interventions and group therapy to help youth build healthier relationships.

The role requires empathy, resilience and a commitment to safeguarding, with hybrid working and travel across Norfolk. 37.5 hours per week, salary £27,500–£28,500, closing November 16, 2026.

Formación

• Empathy, resilience and commitment to trauma-affected youth.
• Strong safeguarding orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of targeted intervention and prevention programmes for children and young people.
• Support young people to recognise and maintain healthy relationships through 1:1 and group therapeutic work.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn, good communication, active listening, resilience and empathy.
• Commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people, and act as a point of contact when required.
