Job summary

The Magdalene Group is seeking a Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) Practitioner to support children and young people across Norfolk affected by CSE. The role requires empathy, resilience and a strong safeguarding mindset, with a 37.5-hour work week and travel across the county.

You will deliver targeted interventions, run group and 1:1 therapeutic activities, and help young people recognise healthy relationships while ensuring they feel heard, understood and supported.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted intervention and prevention programmes.
• Support young people to recognise and maintain healthy relationships.
• Provide 1:1 and group therapeutic work ensuring clients feel heard and supported.
• Travel across Norfolk to work with children and young people.
