• Plan and deliver sessions, adapt activities to meet individual needs, gather evidence of learning and contribute to the assessment of student progress.
• Learning is delivered predominantly one-to-one and in very small groups, with small-group and classroom-based delivery used where appropriate.
• Work within established curriculum pathways and schemes of work under direction from class teachers and curriculum leads.
