Job summary

Inspire North in Leeds is seeking a Team Leader to lead and develop a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed support to people experiencing homelessness and complex needs. You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, safeguarding, referrals, and partnerships with housing, health and social care agencies across Leeds, while coaching your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

• Experience of supporting individuals with complex mental health issues.
