Job summary

Elevate Supported Living is recruiting Therapeutic Team Leaders to deliver high-quality, person-centred support across new and current services. You will provide day-to-day leadership, supervise staff, participate in on-call advisory, and ensure safeguarding and trauma-informed care.

Ideal candidates will have experience in mental health support, learning disabilities, and autism, with a strong value-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading care teams.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and practice.
• Experience in trauma-informed approaches is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance, leadership, and support to staff on shift.
• Support the management team in the successful day-to-day running of services.
• Participation in on-call rota for guidance and advice.
• Oversee staff coordination and delivery of high-quality care.
