Job summary

LinkLiving in Paisley is seeking a dedicated individual to provide practical and emotional support to people referred to the service, helping them maintain their tenancy and wellbeing.

You will work closely with Housing Officers and the wider Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team, building trusted relationships, coordinating with partners, and prioritising client safety in a busy, trauma-informed environment.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Good standard of general education.
• Experience supporting clients with complex needs.
• Ability to build partnerships with voluntary and statutory organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to tenants referred to the service.
• Maintain tenancy and work with Housing Officers and the Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team.
• Prioritise safety and wellbeing, develop relationships and coordinate multiagency input.
