Job summary

LinkLiving is seeking a Support Worker for the Fife region. The role involves delivering person-centred, trauma-informed support to individuals, enabling independent living and informed choices. The office base is West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy, with a Fife-wide remit and occasional lone working in the community.

Full-time or flexible hours are available, with shifts from 7:00am to 9:30pm, Monday to Sunday. No formal qualifications required, and comprehensive training and PVG checks are provided as

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional, practical and social support to enable people to live as independently as possible and make informed choices.
• Liaise with other agencies, advocate on behalf of service users and access professional help when required.
