Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of SEN/SEMH and managing behaviours in classroom settings.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed practice applied to daily routines.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with pupils and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development of pupils with diverse needs throughout lessons.
• Implement trauma-informed approaches in daily classroom routines.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to support curriculum delivery and pupil progress.
• Uphold safeguarding standards and DBS requirements, ensuring a safe learning environment.
