Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking an SEMH Support Assistant for our Horley campus. You will work with students aged 5–16, providing personal care and trauma-informed support to create a safe, learning-friendly environment.

The role offers term-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a daily rate of £95–£105. A full driving licence and UK work eligibility are required. Immediate start this September.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational or care settings is required.
• Understanding of trauma-informed approaches is preferred.
• Full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
