Job summary

Randstad Staffing in Horley is seeking a dedicated role supporting students aged 5 to 16 with SEMH needs. You will provide essential personal care and use trauma-informed strategies to help pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.

The position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and term-time only with holidays free. The role requires GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one), and a full UK driving licence

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of experience in a similar educational or care environment.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Supporting students aged 5 to 16 with SEMH needs.
• Providing personal care for students across the age range.
