Job summary

Randstad Staffing is recruiting for a role at a SEMH school in Horley. The position offers term-time only work with daily hours from 8:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.

You will support students aged 5 to 16 with SEMH needs and provide essential personal care, while applying trauma-informed approaches to help pupils feel safe and ready to learn. The role requires a driving licence and access to a car due to a remote campus setting.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above.
• Experience in educational or care environments is preferred.
• DBS check (Enhanced) on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Full UK right to work; visa sponsorship not available.
