Job summary

Randstad Education is recruiting for a sensitive SEMH role at a school in Lingfield. The successful candidate will support pupils aged 5-16 during term-time, starting in September, with a fixed 8:40am-3:55pm schedule.

The role is paid at £88-£97 per day and becomes permanent after a 12-week probation. Driving is required due to the campus location, and a trauma-informed, resilient approach to care is essential.

Qualifications

• You must be able to provide personal care for ages 5-16.
• Be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Transferable skills from care, social care, education, fostering or similar.
• A driving licence and access to a car due to the campus' remote location.
• Adopt a trauma-informed approach to teaching and supporting students with SEMH needs.
• Demonstrate emotional resilience and unwavering care for vulnerable children.
