Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated support worker for an SEMH school in Horley, starting this September. The role offers term-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30, at a daily rate of £95–£105.

You will support pupils aged 5 to 16 with SEMH needs, provide personal care as required, and apply trauma-informed approaches to help them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn. Join a close-knit team and help create a positive, supportive environment for every child during a rewarding

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• 3–6 months of relevant educational or care experience.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain.
• Permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
