Job summary

Blue Triangle is seeking an Intensive Floating Support Worker to provide intensive community-based support across multiple flats and a youth service, with travel to Falkirk as needed. You will work to help individuals sustain tenancies and integrate into community life.

The role requires driving and willingness to add business insurance. Roles include 35 hours per week or 26 hours per week on rota including weekends. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with vulnerable people, voluntary or professional.
• Commitment to care practice per SSSC/NCS/Care regulations.
• Ability to relate empathetically and support independence.
• Able to use Microsoft Office competently.

Responsibilities

• Provide intervention and supports for new referrals and existing clients in supported accommodation.
• Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred, wellbeing-focused support.
• Support clients using SHARP monitoring to achieve positive outcomes.
• Assist with transitions from supported accommodation into the local community and tenancy skills.
