Blue Triangle is seeking an Intensive Floating Support Worker to provide intensive community-based support across multiple flats and a youth service, with travel to Falkirk as needed. You will work to help individuals sustain tenancies and integrate into community life.
The role requires driving and willingness to add business insurance. Roles include 35 hours per week or 26 hours per week on rota including weekends. Training and development opportunities are provided.
he support we provide is always person-centred, trauma-informed and wellbeing focused. As an Intensive Floating Support Worker, you’ll work in the community to provide a wide range of flexible intensive support to individuals to encourage independence to maintain and sustain a tenancy and adapt to community life.
Main Responsibilities: This Intensive Floating Support Worker will be covering support to up to 5 semi-independent flats in the community and also providing support to our LaPorte service which is for unaccompanied young people. There will be a requirement to work at Falkirk Hub service where needed. Applicant must be a driver and willing to add business insurance to their policy.
Both roles (35 hours per week & 26 hours per week) involve working on a rota covering various shift patterns including some weekends.
