Blue Triangle Limited is seeking an Intensive Floating Support Worker to deliver flexible, trauma-informed support in the community, helping clients maintain tenancy and adapt to life in the area. The role covers up to 5 semi-independent flats and LaPorte service for unaccompanied young people, with weekly hours split across shifts and weekends.

The support we provide is always person-centred, trauma-informed and wellbeing focused. As an Intensive Floating Support Worker, you’ll work in the community to provide a wide range of flexible intensive support to individuals to encourage independence to maintain and sustain a tenancy and adapt to community life.
This Intensive Floating Support Worker will be covering support to up to 5 semi-independent flats in the community and also proving support to our LaPorte service which is for unaccompanied young people. There will be a requirement to work at Falkirk Hub service where needed. Applicant must be a driver and willing to add business insurance to their policy. Both roles (35 hours per week & 26 hours per week) involve working on a rota covering various shift patterns including some weekends. The Intensive Floating Support Worker will:
