Job summary

Alongside is seeking a Floating Support Worker to provide flexible outreach and housing support across the South West, including B&NES, Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset and North Somerset.

You will travel between sites, maintain records, and deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support while collaborating with multiple agencies. A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential, with flexibility for early mornings and travel across regions.

Responsibilities

• Give clients advice and information; enable signposting to appropriate services.
• Maintain client records; ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred services with a strength-based, trauma-informed approach.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard clients.
