Job summary

Randstad Education in Burgess Hill is seeking a candidate for a temporary role in our SEMH school, starting in September and term-time only. The post offers £89–£100 per day and a view to a permanent position after probation, with a salary of £23,000 per annum on success.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30–15:30 and Friday 08:30–15:00. Applicants must be able to provide personal care for ages 5–16, have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS, and have at least 6 months of relevant

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide personal care for ages 5-16.
• Enhanced DBS on update service required or willing to obtain.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in mental health, crisis support, or youth justice.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
• Driving licence and access to a car due to campus location.
• Trauma-informed approach to learning and support.
