Job summary

Pertemps Education Network in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated graduate role to support pupils with SEMH needs in a specialist school. You will build positive relationships and help students re-engage with learning through restorative and trauma-informed approaches.

The role is term-time only (39 weeks), Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm, with daily pay of £89-£115. This position offers hands-on experience in education, social care, and psychology, and requires rights to work in the UK.

• Provide consistency, safety, and emotional support to empower pupils.
• Model positive behaviour, de-escalation, and inclusion at all times.
