City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is recruiting Domestic Abuse Case Workers to support clients in Bradford refuges and the Keighley site. The role focuses on trauma-informed support for individuals and families, building tailored packages to safeguard and empower safer, independent living.

The posts involve collaboration with partner agencies to deliver a holistic, family-centered approach, with a focus on safeguarding and reducing risk.

Competenze

• Experience with individuals who have experienced domestic abuse/sexual violence or vulnerable groups.
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding and MARAC processes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of housing, welfare rights and civil/criminal proceedings.

Mansioni

• Support individuals and families living in temporary supported accommodation.
• Create individual support packages to safeguard and reduce risk of further harm.
• Work with partner agencies to maintain a holistic family-focused approach.
