Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in mental health services.
- Experience assessing needs and creating support packages for clients with complex needs.
- Ability to work with clients fleeing domestic abuse and associated services.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in accommodation services with trauma-informed, solution-focused care.
- Create pathways of support and deliver wellbeing sessions to reduce risk of harm.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to meet client needs.
- Assess needs and develop tailored packages of support for clients.
