Job summary

The Housing Network in Leicester is seeking a Support Worker (Complex Needs) to join our team during an exciting growth phase. You will provide trauma-informed, strength-based support and help residents build independence through personalised plans.

As part of our Leicester service, you will manage a caseload, assist with tenancy documentation and benefits, and uphold safeguarding for residents and staff. DBS checks apply, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with homelessness or complex needs.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with residents.
• Experience delivering 1:1 support and creating outcome-focused plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide strength-based and trauma-informed support to residents.
• Conduct 1:1 sessions and signpost services to promote independence.
• Manage a caseload to ensure appropriate support.
• Assist residents with tenancy documents and benefits knowledge.
• Uphold safeguarding standards for residents and staff.
