Job summary

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a full-time Children's Residential Support Worker at Blackberry Lodge, Warrington. You will join a small, supportive team delivering trauma-informed care to young people aged 8 to 18, helping with emotional regulation, routines and education access.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary (£33,682 - £34,305) with paid sleep-ins, overtime, and ongoing training. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.
