Esland is seeking a full-time Children's Support Worker for our solo home in Warrington. You will support a young person with emotional regulation, daily routines and personal development, while maintaining safeguarding and detailed records.
The role offers a competitive salary of £33,682–£34,305 per year, a 48-hour shift pattern with sleep-ins (paid), and opportunities for overtime. We provide induction and ongoing training and a supportive team environment to help you thrive.
At Esland, we provide specialist trauma-informed care for children and young people aged 8 to 18 who have experienced adverse childhood experiences and complex trauma. Through patience, understanding and therapeutic support, our teams create environments where young people can feel secure, develop confidence and begin to thrive.

We are currently seeking a full-time Children's Support Worker to join our highly valued team at our solo home in Warrington.
Your duties will include:
*Estimated salary based on an a pay rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (days) and working 8 sleep nights per months on average, at £60 per sleep night.
Experience within care, education, mental health support and/or youth activities is highly desirable, but we equally value transferrable skills and the right personality traits for the role.
Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above (essential)
