You will support children and young people with daily routines, follow care plans, and participate in a rolling rota including nights and weekends to ensure consistent, trauma-informed care.

The role offers a £28,195 salary per annum, 42-hour week, full-time contract, and access to structured induction, ongoing training, and clear progression within a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a care/support setting for children
• Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessments
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain high standards of residential care

Aufgaben

• Support children and young people with daily routines and activities
• Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures
• Maintain accurate daily records and handovers, ensuring clear communication with the team
• Support family contact to promote stable relationships

Kenntnisse

Driving licence (UK)

Experience in children's residential

Willingness to pursue QCF Level 3
