Job summary

Hampshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Children’s Home Support Worker for their Odiham home. You will join a supportive team delivering daily care and emotional support to up to four children aged up to 17, with a focus on safety, consistency, and individual growth.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or are willing to complete it with our support), and you will work within our Pillars of Parenting approach to help children reach positive outcomes and
