Your role at Veezu:

As a Transportation Administrator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the PSV Transport Manager to ensure efficient management of the fleet and compliance with relevant transport regulations and licensing requirements. The role involves customer contact, record-keeping, and assisting in the management of drivers and vehicles.

What you’ll do:
  • Assist the Transport Manager in maintaining up-to-date vehicle and driver compliance records (e.g. MOTs, insurance, licenses, CPCs).
  • Schedule and record PSV vehicle maintenance, inspections, and servicing in line with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle and driver records for Vehicle Operator Licensing compliance.
  • Support in coordinating driver shift planning and ensuring appropriate driver cover.
  • Monitor driver hours, tachograph data, and ensure compliance with EU and UK's driver's hours regulations.
  • Assist with accident reporting, insurance claims, and investigations.
  • Prepare transport-related reports and documentation as required by the Transport Manager or regulatory authorities (e.g. DVSA).
  • Handle administrative tasks such as responding to emails, telephone inquiries, and supplying quotes.
  • Help coordinate training and CPC courses for drivers and maintain training records.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including maintenance providers, licensing bodies, and customers when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection laws.
  • Ensure that customer, passenger, Driver Partner & colleagues’ information is safeguarded at all times, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.
What you’ll need:
Essential:
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within transport, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience working in a PSV or fleet transport environment.
  • An understanding of UK transport regulations (especially relating to PSV operations).
  • Experience with transport management software or tachograph analysis tools.

  • This role will be based out of our Manchester hub.
