Tesco Technology in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Technical Programme Manager to lead delivery of complex technology change across our transport and delivery operations. You will own programmes spanning store replenishment, home delivery, and forecasting, ensuring benefits are realised and changes are embedded long term.

Working with senior leaders, Product, Engineering and UX/UI teams, you will shape strategy, manage stakeholders, craft persuasive communications, and drive adoption.

Formación

• A highly resilient self-starter who can operate autonomously, drive complex programmes forward with tenacity, and maintain pace and positivity in ambiguous and challenging environments.
• Experience shaping programs with ambiguous scope and cross-functional complexity.
• Highly numerate, able to analyse data with the ability to create forecasting models and business cases.
• Able to converse confidently about the technology stack in the areas they are representing.
• Acts as the programme's central leader, owning stakeholder engagement and influencing outcomes.
• Growth mindset with ongoing learning in evolving technologies.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of projects and programmes from initial concept through to launch, ensuring benefits are realised and changes are embedded for the long term.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, Product, Engineering, UX/UI teams and TPMs across a varied portfolio of initiatives.
• Support how home delivery slots are offered and forecast deliveries across Whoosh and Grocery Home Shopping.
• Develop programme strategy and assess viability and value of programs.
• Create persuasive communications and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Identify education and training requirements with the Training Team.
• Be the go-to person for programme delivery and transition to BAU, representing end users and support teams.
