Job summary

Tesco Stores Limited seeks an experienced Technical Programme Manager to lead the programme and build out capability across the Tesco Group, delivering a step change within our business. As a TPM for Stores Operations Programmes, you will work with Product Managers, engineering teams, third parties and other Technology and Programme members to embed new technology into our stores for the future.

You will identify issues, risks and dependencies and ensure informed decisions are made to protect

• A proven record of delivering technology software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate resilience during incidents or change and continue delivery.
• Strong Project, Stakeholder & Programme management skills, including:

• Proactively identifying issues, risks & dependencies, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve, mitigate, transparently track and make visible.
• Understanding the trade-offs and resulting impacts; making impacts visible to Product, Infrastructure or Engineering for the right decision to be made.
