Job summary

Tesco is seeking a proactive Technical Programme Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional technology change across UK operations, including Whoosh and Grocery Home Shopping. You will partner with senior leaders, Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and TPMs to steer programmes from concept to launch, ensuring realised benefits and lasting change.

You will influence delivery strategies, manage stakeholders, and shape communications across a busy retail-tech environment, balancing customer experience

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy with ability to create forecasting models and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Driving, leading and delivering the Projects and Programmes within your remit.
• Define, establish and deliver work within a Programme Strategy and bring fresh ideas.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Create persuasive change narratives and manage programme communications.
• Identify education and training requirements and work with the Training Team to deliver solutions.
• Be the go-to person for programme delivery, representing end users and support teams.
• Energise and drive outcomes through influence and effective governance.
