Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. in East Kilbride is seeking a Transport Supervisor to lead the depot team and drive KPIs. The role focuses on safe, timely order fulfilment and operational excellence.

You will ensure GDP and OHS compliance, coordinate with Sales on routes and cutoffs, and mentor transport staff to be multi-skilled. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-drop driving experience.
• Understanding of laws and regulations relating to Health & Safety.
• Leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well organised.
• Desirable: IOSH, First Aid, Fire Marshall.

Responsibilities

• Drive depot KPIs in quality and productivity while ensuring discipline, cleanliness, and optimal staffing for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with GDP, OHS, and QMS.
• Liaise with Sales Reps regarding cut off times, van routes, delivery times and service levels.
• Maintenance of Asset-Tracking devices and monitoring of driver vehicle checks.
• Support induction and ongoing training of transport employees.
