Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to lead the distribution team in our busy DC. You will manage operational performance, ensure on-time deliveries, and uphold health and safety standards.

You will have proven delivery driving and supervisory experience, GCSEs including Maths and English, and ideally IOSH/First Aid/Fire Marshall qualifications. The role includes deputising for the Depot Manager when required and offering excellent staff

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
• Proven delivery driving and supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with Health and Safety knowledge.
• IOSH, First Aid and Fire Marshall qualifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead an efficient distribution operation meeting customer needs.
• Deputise for the Depot Manager in transport and distribution duties.
• Ensure safety, compliance and cost control.
