Job summary

CTRG Recruitment is seeking a Transport Supervisor for a depot in Warrington. The role involves coordinating transport administration, ensuring drivers are on time, and managing trunking and C2C operations.

Strong data input and IT system skills are required, with a focus on accuracy and customer service. The position offers day and night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern, with pay rates of £16 for day shifts and £17 for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy administrative or data processing role.
• Knowledge on tacho laws is desirable but not essential.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Well organised.
• Ability to work individually and also as part of a team.

Responsibilities

CTRG are looking to employ a Transport Supervisorfor one of their clients based in Warrington.

Shift Pattern- 4 on 4 off

Hours of Work - Day and Night shifts

Pay rate -£16 Days, £17 Nights

Job Role

• To co-ordinate the transport admin operations of the depot in order to achieve business objectives and the needs of the customer.
• Data input
• To ensure all drivers are arriving on time ,be responsible for the tracking of the trunking operation and C2C operation
• To ensure all administrative duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy and professionalism
• To ensure that appropriate communication methods are used to provide information to both internal and external customers as required e.g. debrief of drivers, dealing with customer issues etc.
• To use all IT based systems in the effective delivery of their role
• To demonstrate the Company Values in the undertaking of their role
• To undertake any other reasonable task as required.
• To always display the highest standards of customer service.

Experience
