A CPC Transport Manager qualification would be advantageous, but is not essential for the right candidate. The business is particularly interested in individuals who have the experience, leadership capability and ambition to develop into a management position.
Experience with budgets, fleet performance, compliance or Health & Safety would also be beneficial, along with qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
